The Analytics tab in the sidebar shows visual summaries of your knowledge base activity.

See charts for: lessons over time, severity distribution, category breakdown, top contributors, and validation rates.

Filter analytics by date range to focus on specific periods.

Total Lessons — the size of your knowledge base.

Unvalidated Count — lessons awaiting admin review.

Critical/High Severity — high-impact lessons that may need immediate attention.

Active Projects — how many projects are currently generating lessons.

Look for patterns in your data — are certain categories appearing more frequently? Is severity trending up or down?

Compare periods to see if safety actions are reducing incident types over time.

Use the "My Lessons" view to track individual team member contributions.

Share analytics with project teams during pre-start meetings to highlight common issues.

Use severity distribution to prioritise which areas need the most attention.

Track validation rates to ensure lessons are being reviewed promptly.
