Billing & Subscriptions

Manage your plan, adjust seats, and handle payment details.

1Choosing a Plan

Visit the Pricing page to see available plans. We offer monthly and annual billing — annual plans save you money.

Select the number of seats you need (one per team member) and choose your billing cycle.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

2Managing Your Subscription

Go to Admin > Billing to see your current plan, seat count, next billing date, and payment status.

Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe billing portal where you can update payment methods, download invoices, and view billing history.

3Adding or Removing Seats

To add seats, go to Admin > Billing and click "Add Seats". Enter the new total seat count.

When adding seats mid-billing-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days.

To reduce seats, ensure you don't have more team members than your new seat count, then update via the billing section.

4Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from Admin > Billing or the Stripe billing portal.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Your data is retained for 90 days after your subscription ends. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access.
